What’s The Difference Between Purchasing Video Courses Individually Or Purchasing Via The ‘All Access Pass’ Membership?

Access to video courses purchased individually doesn’t expire. You only have access to the course you’ve purchased. Choose this option if you only want to learn about a specific topic.

The ‘All Access Pass’ membership gives you unlimited access to our entire video library as long as your subscription remains active. This option offers the best value for money and gives you access  to EVERY video tutorial we have available (existing and future).

I’m Not A Technical Person / Web Developer. Will These Courses Benefit Me?

Absolutely! Our courses are aimed at non-technical users and are designed to help businesses of all sizes learn (and train staff) how to use WordPress to build, manage, and grow their online presence with no technical skills required and at minimal cost.

We provide +2,000 video tutorials on WordPress and Digital Marketing skills, plus access to additional resources and links to hundreds of detailed written tutorials that take you step-by-step through the processes covered in the courses.

What Language Are The Video Lessons In?

Videos are available in English only.

Can I See Which Courses Have Been Updated Recently?

Yes. We keep a log of course updates and newly added content here.

How Do I Get Access To My Video Courses?

Video courses can be accessed immediately after purchase from your customer account area. You can also access your courses from the main menu (Customers > My Courses). Note: You must be registered and logged in to view the content.

How Long Do I Get Access To My Video Courses?

If you purchase courses individually, you get 24/7 access to the course(s) including content updates. Single module purchases have no expiry date.

If you purchase the All Access Pass Membership, you get 24/7 access to all video courses and future content updates while your membership remains active.

Subscriptions automatically renew each year and you can cancel anytime (and still access the videos for the remaining period of your subscription).

Can I See Samples Of Your Video Tutorials Before I Buy?

Yes, you can! We provide sample video lessons with each course.

What Version Are The Videos? Are The Video Tutorials Up To Date?

We outsource our video creation, so we don’t control the update or versioning process. We DO GUARANTEE, however, to update videos in our course library as soon as our content providers supply us with new or updated videos.

Some of our video content providers update videos more regularly than others, and some don’t update them at all.

What About Video Quality?

Our video courses are professionally recorded and of high quality. Video size is typically 1280×720, recorded in MP4 format. Occasionally, we may add videos recorded in different formats or sizes.

We host and stream all videos from our reliable Amazon S3 servers.

Do You Offer An Affiliate Program?

Yes, we do. Our affiliate program is free to join and you don’t have to be a customer to become an affiliate. We pay you a generous commission for referring new customers to us.

All courses are streamed online. You get instant access to courses inside your account area as soon as your purchase is completed.

We offer support via email.  or have any questionsIf you experience any issues accessing your courses, please contact us and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

I Live In Country XYZ … Can I Purchase Courses?

Yes. No matter where you are located, you can access the video courses online as long as you have an internet connection (and the country you’re in does not block your access online).

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal payments and Stripe. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

What Customer Information Do You Store?

We only store basic details about your account and orders to provide customer support, access to lost passwords, etc. We do not store credit card details or any other sensitive information about customers.

Are My Payment Details Secure?

Yes. Your payments are processed securely through our online merchants (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc.). If you purchase through PayPal, for example, PayPal handles everything about your transaction. We have no access to your credit card information or your PayPal account details.

PayPal is a global e-commerce leader and provides automatic fraud screening, 24-hour transaction monitoring and seller and buyer protection policies. To learn more about PayPal’s secure payment processes visit the PayPal website.

Stripe is a leading online payment processor. Like PayPal, they also provide a secure infrastructure for online payments and purchases. We have no access to your credit card details.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How Do I Place An Order?

Visit our store and browse our courses. When you find a course you like, click on the “Add To Cart” button.

Once you have added all the course you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, click on “Checkout” and follow the step-by-step instructions.

How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can view your shopping cart by clicking on the icon, and deselect or delete any items you would like to remove from your shopping cart before finalizing and processing your order.

Do You Offer Refunds On Product Purchases?

Yes. We provide a full 30-day no-risk, money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the content or the quality of our video courses, contact us within 30 days to request a full refund.

Please note: if you notice errors (e.g. lesson plays wrong video or a video is missing) or have problems accessing your courses, please contact us before requesting a refund, as we will always try to correct any and all issues with our courses  If we cannot fix these issues, then we’ll gladly provide a refund.
